2009 Chairpersons Listing

If you would like to add any specific notes regarding your fund raising booth or work activity to notify volunteers, please email them to  Russell Janecka.

 

If you are waiting to be asked to help, consider this your request!

Chairpersons don't do very well at reading minds, but they sure jump up and down when people volunteer to help. So why not choose an area and give a call to a chairperson that you're willing to lend a hand?

 

Additional Notes for Volunteers

Auction Donations:  Please plan to bring your donated items to the church hall on Saturday before the event, or take it to the community center on Sunday morning. Be sure you call Russell (576-6508) or email reply@jiavic.com  beforehand to inform us of your item for inclusion in the supplied printed listing. We need a description of WHAT you are donating and WHO is donating it.  "Mr. & Mrs. Smith".  

 

 

Booth Chairmen should contact Eddie Huse with your service worker's needs. He would to know ahead of time how many kids and for what time period you need them.

 

Plant Booth - ........."It's potting time for the HFC festival Plant Booth.

The New Estate Booth for the church Festival is now accepting donations. Items of good to excellent quality are being accepted: Antiques, quilts, quilt covers, pottery, glassware,  needle point, throw pillows,  jewelry, handbags, black & white picture, framed prints,
